Of every animated film I have seen lately none of them have struck me so hard as Spider-Man Into the Spiderverse. I feel like it’s taken animation and elevated it to another level. Every shot of this movie is a masterpiece and I want to watch it frame by frame to appreciate and learn from it. I haven’t seen anything this unique since paperman and that was only an experimental short. This movie changes the game. It’s not just the animation either. The story is so tight, meaningful and personal. Miles oh man, that boy had me in tears quite a few times. I don’t want to give anything away, just go see it. I need to see it again. And again. And again.
