I have a headcanon that both Victor and Georgi had long hair in their youth. They also liked Russian rock and participated in home concerts.
I just had to draw Viktor in his old costume because: 1) Viktor with long hair, 2) flower crown, 3) Viktor
4) wearing the outfit inspired by a figure skater’s outfit who was out as gay and married to a russian man
