Litwick: While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it.

Litwick aren’t at fault here. They need to eat in order to survive. It just so happened that it eats the lifeforce of anyone who follows it.

My heart’s still irreversibly broken from the child’s death. It’s a tragedy, yes, but it’s the circle of life. They’re just trying to survive and reproduce.
